Big Rig Friendly, with space for cars, tents & trailers. Site will have 30/50/110 electricity, water. Drive-through dump station or portable unit with some sites full sewer hook-up. Beautiful setting with stunning views with access to all guest facilities. Horseback riding or hiking out the back gate, offering of miles of trails. Our location is only two 2 miles of a good gravel road in & out, and to and from the historic blacktop highway of 16A.

Site A Will be the first site on your right as you drive in. Your view will look onto the property. So park according.

Site B Is located past the out house along the fence and your views are as shown below. So park accordingly.

Site C Follows the fence line, so park according to enjoy the view.

Site D Is the last site along the fence line and lovely views so park accordingly

Site
E Is around the drive to the end on the east side of the studio. A secluded spot with room and beautiful pasture views, close to the bathroom and studio.

Site F Is where the tubs and pavilion are located on the east side. Excellent room for all the extras, beautiful view of the horses below, park how you wish with a short walk to both the handicap bathroom and the picnic pavilion.

Site G Is right beside the back side of the A-Frame. An easy pull-up to this location and it is right where you want to be if friends or family staying in the A-Frame.

Site H Is close to the court yard with lots of room and beautiful views of the property and horses.

Site i Is perfect for horse lovers/campers. Located near the horse stalls, where there is a second potable-potty. This is large area for all your unloading, unhooking, setting up your own corrals etc. Far enough away from the other guests to do your own thing, yet close enough to & join in.

J Is located straight on next to the B&B Dome on the west side. This site offers beautiful views and is on a gravel. Centrally located to all activities, next to the Lanai when passing through the double swing doors and which leads to the Loft Entrance and access to the half bathroom.

| Site K Is next to the B&B dome, north side on gravel, across the driveway from the studio, handicap bathroom and pavilion. A private outside table & chairs, electricity, water, & sewer hook up! Space for cars, tents & trailers along south side fence. Access to all of the guest facilities w/ horseback riding/hiking out the back gate w/ miles of trails, and only 2 miles of a good gravel road to the historic blacktop Hwy of 16A.
